HomeGuard Boiler & Air provides HVAC services, including but not limited to, mini-split installation and repair, central AC system services, heating system services, and maintenance contracts. Specific services and associated costs are detailed in our service agreements.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion of the work. Detailed payment terms are outlined in the service agreement.
4. Warranty
HomeGuard Boiler & Air provides warranties on parts and labor as outlined in the service agreement. Please refer to the specific service agreement for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
HomeGuard Boiler & Air is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
7. Changes to Terms
HomeGuard Boiler & Air reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
